소외된 자를 찾으시는 하나님 Found on The Edges

삭개오의 이야기는 예수님이 “잃어버린 자를 찾아 구원하셔서” 주님과의 사귐과 구원의 선물을 주시기 위해 오셨다는 것을 상기시켜줍니다(누가복음 19:9-10). 우리가 “군중들 뒤로” 밀려 사회에서 소외감을 느낄지라도 거기서도 예수님은 우리를 찾아내신다는 것을 확신할 수 있습니다.

Zacchaeus’ story reminds us that Jesus came to “seek and to save the lost,” offering His friendship and the gift of salvation (vv. 9–10). Even if we feel on the edges of our communities, pushed to the “back of the crowd,”we can be assured that, even there, Jesus finds us.-LISA M. SAMRA
