폭풍까지는 아니더라도 지나고 나면 작은 걸림돌뿐이었던 일들을 만났을때
그것이 내게는 방해요 아픔이요 고난이요 걸림돌이라고 생각 했습니다.
고난 주심이 내게 유익이라는 지식이 있긴 했어도 그것을 붙들고 기도하며
참 감사한 적은 없었습니다.

그저 "왜! 내게만..." 이라는 짜증 섞인 하소연만 했습니다.

걸림돌과 디딤돌의  차이는 믿음의 차이인 것 같습니다.

The counsel of the Lord stands forever. -Psalm 33:10-11 If your life is anything like mine, it’s pretty well planned out. I have a calendar that reminds me of appointments, meetings, and other “to-do” items. Inevitably, interruptions change my day dramatically; and while they can be frustrating, they also can be productive. Some of the great advances in God’s plans have come through “interruptions” to the normal routine. Take Mary, for example. An angel interrupted her life with the announcement that she would have a son named Jesus. Since she was a virgin and engaged to be married, this news was undoubtedly shocking and deeply troubling (Luke 1:26-31). And Saul, the Jewish zealot who persecuted early Christians, was on his way to Damascus to arrest more followers of “the Way” when he was blinded by Jesus Himself (Acts 9:1-9). This life-changing interruption had huge implications for the future of Christianity. The psalmist reminds us that the Lord can make “the plans of the peoples of no effect” (Ps. 33:10). Yet all too often we respond to the interruptions of our well-ordered lives with attitudes like frustration, irritation, fear, and doubt. God’s surprises in our day are full of opportunities. Let’s welcome them as a new “to-do list” from Him. Lord, if I’m feeling rushed today, I need Your eyes to help me see That when an interruption comes, It is an opportunity. -Sper Look for God’s purpose in your next interruption. 축복 어린 방해 여호와께서 열방의 도모를 폐하시며......여호와의 도모는 영영히 서고-시편 33:10-11 만약 당신의 삶이 나와 비슷하다면, 그것은 잘 짜인 계획에 따라 움직이는 삶입니다. 내게는 약속, 회의 그리고 여타 “해야 할 일”들을 상기시켜 주는 일정수첩이 있습니다. 불가피하게 끼어든 일들은 나의 하루에 큰 변화를 초래합니다. 그것들은 짜증스러울 수 있지만 생산적일 수도 있습니다. 하나님의 계획들 중 위대한 몇 가지는 정상적인 일상의 과정을 “방해”함으로써 이루어져 왔습니다. 예를 들어 마리아를 보십시오. 한 천사가 그녀가 예수라는 이름의 아들을 가질 것이라는 소식을 전하여 그녀의 인생을 방해했습니다. 그녀가 처녀였고 약혼했었기 때문에 이 소식은 당연히 충격적이고 심히 근심스러운 것이었습니다(눅 1:26-31). 초기 기독교인들을 핍박했던 열성분자 사울은 “참된 길”을 좇는 사람들을 더 잡으려고 다메섹으로 가는 도중에 그가 핍박하던 바로 그 예수님에 의해 눈이 멀게 되었습니다(행 9:1-9). 일생을 바꾼 이 방해가 기독교의 장래에 큰 영향을 미쳤습니다. 시편 기자는 하나님께서 “열방의 도모를 폐하실 수 있다”는 것을 우리에게 상기시켜 줍니다(시 33:10). 그럼에도 우리는 우리의 잘 정돈된 인생을 방해하는 것들에 대해 너무나 자주 좌절, 초조, 공포 그리고 의심 같은 태도로 반응합니다. 하나님께서 우리의 삶에 주신 뜻밖의 일들은 바로 풍성한 기회들입니다. 그것들을 하나님께서 주신 새로운 “해야 할 일 목록”으로 환영합시다. 주님, 오늘 제가 조급해지거나 방해하는 일이 생겼을 때 그것이 기회인 줄 자각할 수 있는 당신의 안목이 필요합니다. 다음에 장애물을 만나면 그 안에서 하나님의 목적을 살펴보라.
