[365묵상] 문이 없는 벽은 없다

[ 샘 토프트 : a new beginning ]

 

 

< 문이 없는 벽은 없다 >

    네 손을 내밀어 그 꼬리를 잡으라 그가 손을 내밀어
    그것을 잡으니 그의 손에서 지팡이가 된지라 (출애굽기 4:4)

 모세가 지팡이를 던졌을 때 지팡이가 뱀으로 변했다. 그 뱀을 보고 모세가 이리저리 피하다가 하나님의 명령을 따라 뱀 꼬리를 잡자 다시 지팡이가 되었다. 문제를 피하지 말고 문제를 붙잡고 씨름하는 것이 하나님의 뜻이다. 문제를 붙잡고 담대히 나아가면 그 문제가 결국 나를 돕는 지팡이로 변한다. 담대한 믿음 안에서 역경은 축복의 계기가 되고 실패와 절망은 성공과 희망의 디딤돌이 된다.

 성도의 희망의 뿌리는 자비하신 하나님이 여전히 살아 계신다는 사실이다. 식물은 겨울이 아무리 추워도 뿌리만 살아 있으면 봄에 어김없이 싹을 내듯이 살아 계신 하나님을 희망의 뿌리로 삼고 가정 회복, 사업 회복, 자녀 회복, 그리고 인간관계 회복을 기대하고 무너진 지점에서 다시 일어서라. 문이 없는 벽은 없다. 아직 문을 찾지 못했을 뿐이다. 하나님은 광야에 길을 내고 사막에 강을 내시는 좋으신 하나님이다.

 인생의 장벽 앞에서 너무 당황하지 말고 해야 할 일을 계속하라. 그때 신비하게 하나님이 길을 열어 주시고 생각지 않은 사람이 슬쩍 나타나서 나의 꿈을 후원해 준다. 나중에 보면 그 길이 더 복된 길이었음을 깨닫는다. 하나님은 그분의 일을 가장 선하게 이루시려고 사람의 길을 막고 새로운 하나님의 길을 예비해 놓고 계신다. 문제가 생겼을 때 “큰일 났다.”라고 하기보다 “별일 아냐.”라고 하면서 초동 대응을 잘한 후 담대한 믿음으로 맞서면 문제는 많은 유익을 남긴 후 사라질 것이다.

    하나님! 문제 앞에서 도망치지 않고 초동 대응을 잘한 후
    하나님을 꼭 붙잡고 인내해서 마침내 승리하게 하소서.

 

 

< There is no Wall without Door >

   "Reach out your hand and take it by the tail."
   So Moses reached out and took hold of the snake
   and it turned back into a staff in his hand. (Exodus 4:4)

 When Moses threw down his staff, it turned into a snake. Seeing the snake, Moses avoided it here and there, and when he caught its tail according to God's command, it became a staff again.

 It is God's will not to avoid problems, but to hold onto them and wrestle with them. If you hold onto a problem and boldly move on, the problem will eventually turn into a staff that helps you. In bold faith, adversity becomes an opportunity for blessing, and failure and despair become a stepping stone to success and hope.

 The root of the believer's hope is the fact that the merciful God is still alive. No matter how cold the winter is, plants sprout without fail in the spring as long as their roots are alive. Just like that, take the living God as the root of hope and rise again at the point of collapse, hoping for the recovery of your family, business, children, and human relationships. There is no wall without door. It's just that you haven't found the door yet. God is a good God who makes ways in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

 Don't panic too much in front of life's barriers and keep doing what you have to do. Then mysteriously, God opens the way, and an unexpected person sneaks up and supports your dream. When you look later, you realize that the way was a more blessed way. God blocks the way of man and prepares a new way of God to do His work best. When a problem occurs, instead of saying “It’s a big problem,” just saying, “It’s no big deal,” respond well in the first place and face it with bold faith. Then the problem will disappear after leaving many benefits.

 God! Let me not run away from the problem, but respond it well,
 and hold onto God tightly and persevere so that I can finally win.
